Welcome to my blog, the purpose of which is to talk... about--stuff. And... yeah. Skeptics and freethinkers welcome. And Lovecraft fans. And Star Wars fans. And Bruce Lee fans. And martial artists. And any one who prays to the Old Ones.

One thing that constantly irks me is when ignorant(or dishonest) Christians either ask or say, "If God isn't real, how can we know right from wrong?" Or conversely, if God isn't real, then we can do whatever we want. My response to this is the perfect analogy that hit me yesterday. If a magical unicorn doesn't live in your toilet, why don't you shit in your bed? After all, if the unicorn(or more properly, Unicorn) won't punish you for crapping anywhere besides a toilet, then you have no objective reason not to make your own toilet anywhere you please. In the bed, on the couch, in the post office lobby, anywhere you please.

Now tell me, Christians; what could possibly compel you to continue shitting in a toilet, despite realizing that the Unicorn doesn't exist and will not punish you? Eh? Now apply that to your ethics and morals.

There ya go. That wasn't so hard, was it?
